Its 16,500 tons/year titanium dioxide transformation project is located in Gujarat, India, using sulfuric acid process technology. The project is expected to be put into operation in 2024. After the transformation is completed, KCL will become the only manufacturer in India capable of producing rutile titanium dioxide products, attracting the attention of the Indian titanium dioxide industry.

During the visit of the KCL delegation, they conducted a comprehensive communication with the our team on project progress, design quality, equipment supply, and follow-up production management, and visited the titanium dioxide factory designed and supplied by us on the spot.

Since we undertook the project design and supply of proprietary equipment, the two parties have always understood and supported each other, maintained sincere cooperation, and worked hard to overcome difficulties caused by project progress, construction conditions and cultural differences. Through uninterrupted video conference exchanges and discussions, the technical difficulties of the process were solved, and the process design description, public engineering requirements, PI&D, PFD, material and heat balance diagram, pollutant discharge list, instrument design and construction description, equipment list, and equipment list and so on were completed successively. And the detailed design of the project is also progressing smoothly according to the schedule .

The KCL delegation spoke highly of the design results delivered by LUVA, and gave full affirmation and trust to our professional technical level.
